This project is the perfect balance between structural innovation and thoughtful design. The renovation involved a full redistribution of the original layout, requiring extensive structural work and the installation of metallic supports to achieve a seamless flow between spaces.

 

The design draws inspiration from the modernist era, brought to life through a vibrant, colorful style and meticulously recreated ceiling elements. Italian tiles with contemporary patterns were chosen to highlight the modernist concept, while bathroom furniture, fixtures, and sanitary ware were sourced from the UK to elevate both the quality and aesthetic.
