About the project

Located in the esteemed L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample district, this 108 m² apartment has undergone a transformative renovation.

The original compartmentalized layout was reimagined into an open-plan design that needed significant structural modifications, including the incorporation of metallic supports for enhanced stability.

The renovation pays homage to the building's heritage by restoring original features such as exposed brick walls and decorative ceilings. The spacious living area is bathed in natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere.

Three generously sized bedrooms and two modern bathrooms provide ample space for comfortable living.
